Assembly accuracy prediction and optimization of aero-engine rotor under the separation condition of assembly and measurement

The measurement and assembly of the aero-engine rotor are separated from each other, which makes it difficult to keep datum consistent with datum; existence error will cause characteristic matrix fail truly reflect geometric state itself model be inaccurate, then ultimately affect accuracy prediction. Combined fact that characteristics parts/components not related datum, elimination method has been proposed more accurate, thereby improving prediction effect accuracy. At same time, direct optimization strategy is efficient than traditional genetic algorithm. experiment shows in this paper can better beneficial reduce coaxiality front rear fulcrum. research also reference significance for other large-scale high-precision mechanical product assemblies.
